The Pirate Way will be the focus of classroom guidance and the standard for promoting positive behavior at Piper Middle. Students who show the Pirate Way can be awarded LiveSchool points that can be used to purchase items throughout the school year.
If you would like to report inappropriate behavior or a bullying situation that you witnessed or experienced at Piper Middle School, you are encouraged to contact a teacher, counselor, SRO or administrator immediately. Your identity will remain confidential. The administration and SRO will follow up on all concerns immediately. If the school isn't aware of a problem, they can't fix it, so please report the problem.
You may also call the 24-hour Bullying Prevention Hotline at 1-800-332-6378 (or 1-800-Children). This hotline provides students and parents with a place to anonymously report bullying and also provides access to resources in communities across Kansas to help address their concerns. This hotline is funded through the Safe and Supportive Schools grant and is made possible through the Kansas Department of Education.
